Where are you located? Where do my items ship from?
We are located in Ontario, Canada. We ship from our home studio in New Tecumseth, Ontario.
What is your processing time?
Our processing time is 3-5 business days and we use Canada Post to ship all of our orders.
Who designs your products?
All of our products are illustrated and designed by our artist Denise Foley.
Who are your products made for?
Our products are perfect for anyone who appreciates and admires beautiful art. We strive to create products that are for everyone, regardless of their sex, gender, race, ethnicity, sexuality, age, etc.
Do you offer custom work?

Do you offer tracking?
We offer regular untracked letter mail shipping, however, shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Please visit our "Shipping Policy" page for more information.
Do you offer international orders?
We currently only ship to Canadian and USA addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Are your products available in store?

Do you offer wholesale?

Our processing time is 2-3 business days, and we use Canada Post to ship all of our orders. We offer regular untracked letter mail shipping. However, shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Please ensure shipping information is correct upon checkout. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect mailing addresses.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Canada: approx. 2-7 business days
USA: approx. 7-12 business days
Unfortunately, these delivery times are estimates from Canada Post, and we cannot guarantee them, even if shipping upgrades are purchased.
We try out best to ensure your order gets to you on time. However, we are not responsible for the following:
• Late deliveries, customs delays, stolen items, etc.
• Import tax or customs fees
We have a 24-hour refund policy after your order is made. However, refunds can not be made after this time because we may have already begun your order.
DAMAGES & ISSUES:
If your order is delivered to you damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you instructions on how to return your package. Please note that we are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect shipping addresses, stolen packages, or return postage.
Please let us know if you are unsatisfied with your order and prefer to exchange it for another item. We will not accept returns or exchanges without you contacting us first, and please let us know which item you like in advance.
