WE SHIP TO CANADA & USA
SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Standard processing time is between 3-5 business days, Monday to Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please note that our processing times do not include delivery times.
Processing times increase during the holidays, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday.
Please ensure contact and shipping information is correct upon checkout. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect mailing addresses. Refunds and cancellations will not be granted.
Standard Shipping costs do not include tracking, but we do have tracking available for an additional cost during checkout.
Please plan early! We'd hate you not to receive your order in time for an event or holiday. Please purchase accordingly.
We ship from our home studio located in Alliston, Canada.
All items are shipped in appropriate packaging to ensure they're delivered safely.
We ship via Canada Post.

Canada: approx. 2-7 business days
USA: approx. 4-12 business days
These delivery times are estimates from Canada Post, and we, unfortunately, cannot guarantee them. Please note, shipping times have increased significantly due to COVID-19 protocols. Post offices are not ensuring any shipping times at this time, even if shipping upgrades are purchased.
We try out best to ensure your order gets to you on time. However, we are not responsible for:
- Once orders are shipped out, the speed of postal services is entirely out of our hands
- Late deliveries, customs delays, stolen items, etc.
- Import tax or customs fees
REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We provide full refunds 24 hours after an order is made. However, we cannot offer refunds after this time because we may have already started printing, packaging your order.
We do not provide refunds for late deliveries or items shipped to an incorrect mailing address provided upon checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their mailing address is correct before payment. If you need to correct it for whatever reason, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and valid mailing address.
If you are unsatisfied with your order and prefer to exchange it for another item, please let us know. However, we are not responsible for return shipping costs. Please email us at email@example.com if you're interested in an exchange.
We provide full refunds on orders that arrive damaged. Customers must send us a photo of the damaged item within three days of delivery to firstname.lastname@example.org.
