Shipping
• We ship items between 3-5 business days from time of purchase
• Please ensure contact and shipping information is correct
• Shipping costs do not include tracking unless requested and purchased
• Cost of upgrade will be based on weight of package and shipping upgrade selected

Delivery Times
• Within Canada: approx. 2-7 business days
• USA: approx. 4-10 business days (It can sometimes take up to 2 weeks depending on your state)
• International (outside Canada and the US): please allow approx. 2 weeks. It can sometimes take up to 4 weeks depending on your location.
• These delivery times are estimates from Canada Post and we unfortunately cannot guarantee them.
 
Postal Services & Customs
• Once orders are shipped out, the speed of postal services is completely out of our hands
• We are in no way responsible for import tax or custom fees
• Buyer is responsible for any import tax or custom fees
• We cannot advise, estimate or pay any applicable fees specific to the buyer's country
• We ship via Canada Post

Packaging
• Prints/Greeting Cards/Notecards: inserted in a clear protective sleeve with cardboard backing, shipped in a "no-bend" photo mailer
• Bookmarks: shipped in a "no-bend" photo mailer
• Enamel Pins/Buttons: inserted in a clear protective sleeve, shipped in bubble wrapping
 
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
• We accept returns, exchanges and cancellations for most products and with some exceptions
• We provide a full refund 24 hours after an order is made
• We do not provide refunds after 24 hours because we may have already started working on your order
• We do not provide refunds on shipping due to late deliveries that are out of our control
• We do not provide shipping on return shipping
• We do not provide full refunds on items shipped to an incorrect address that was provided upon checkout/payment
• We provide a full refund if we accidentally wrote an incorrect address

• Will send you an exchange if you are unsatisfied with your purchase at no cost to you
• Item(s) must be sent to us before we will deliver your replacement
